Downtown Get-Around raises $5,000 for nurses scholarship while promoting downtown Kinston businesses.

The Foundation’s April 19^th Downtown Get-Around attracted nearly 100 individuals. They started at The Exchange

then fanned out on foot to four other local businesses, including the new Whiskey Pig, The Market, and Mother Earth.

Everyone ended at the Red Room. Revelers enjoyed a variety of new foods with old friends while making new ones.
