Proceeds from the Marcus D. Whitaker golf tournament assist in the fight against heart failure by providing weight scales and electronic blood pressure machines to enrollees in the program. The three-year comprehensive heart failure project is a partnership between UNC Lenoir Health Care and Lenoir County’s paramedics. We are proud to support this significant endeavor that is made possible by a grant from the Duke Endowment.
